2. Condition of Devices
   All offers are based on the condition stated by the customer at the time of order. If, upon inspection, the device condition differs, Asigame LLC reserves the right to adjust or revoke the initial offer. Customers will be notified of any revised offer and may choose to accept or request a free return of their device.

3. Lost or Damaged Shipments
   While prepaid shipping labels include basic carrier protection, Asigame LLC is not responsible for loss or damage caused during transit. Customers are encouraged to package devices securely.

4. Ownership Confirmation
   By sending a device to [Asigame LLC, the customer confirms they are the rightful owner and that the device is not stolen, financed, or otherwise encumbered. Any attempt to sell stolen or fraudulent devices will be reported to the authorities.

5. Payment Timing
   Payments are issued only after the device has been received, inspected, and confirmed to match the stated condition. Processing times may vary and are estimates only.

6. No Liability for Indirect Losses
   Asigame LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or data loss.
